SPACES & VENUE BOOKING

The current maximum capacity is:
Full-venue exclusive: 350 seated / 450 standing
Sheltered: 200 seated / 300 standing
Unsheltered: 350 seated guests onwardsExtended capacity with use of public beach: 1,000 guests onwards
These capacities are based on the spaces in their standard configurations. Alternative setups (e.g. buffet tables) may slightly reduce capacity. Additional seating can be arranged by renting the adjacent Tanjong 1 beach space from Sentosa—just ask us.

We’ve always got a backup plan. Your events coordinator can take you through the designated backup space in case of wet weather.

Yes, the adjoining beach spaces, Tanjong 1, 2 and 3, are great for team-building and large-scale events with over 450 guests. We’ll liaise with Sentosa to secure quotes and make the booking.

Absolutely. Whether it’s a full bookout or a dedicated area within the club, we can customise the space to suit your event. Just reach out.

Yes you can, though additional venue fees will apply. Please note that sound levels must be adhered to after 10.30pm and may require additional permits and licenses. Get in touch with us for more details.

FOOD & DRINKS

We serve bold, smoky wood-fired coastal cuisine, straight off our Mibrasa grill.

While our kitchen isn’t halal-certified, we can prepare selected dishes without pork or lard. If halal-certified meals are required, we have solutions in place, just let us know in advance.
We also offer a range of vegetarian options as part of the buffet station. À la carte vegetarian or special dietary menus can be arranged for individual guests.

All food must be provided by Tanjong Beach Club. In rare cases, we may liaise with external caterers to fulfil specific requests.

Yes, you’re welcome to. We also have an in-house cake selection available if you’d like to keep things easy.

Yes, although this will not affect the price of the package.

All beverages must be provided by Tanjong Beach Club. However, in some cases, we may allow special bottles not listed on our menu. Corkage applies, please enquire.

Yes, there is some flexibility. Just inform your event coordinator on the day so we can update our team accordingly.

MUSIC & AV

You can if you’ve booked the entire venue. Otherwise, our playlists are specially curated in-house.

Yes, for special occasions. A few conditions apply:

A list of equipment and technical specifications must be submitted to our events team 30 days prior for review and licensing application
Our venue’s sound level requirements must be adhered to
A full venue booking is required for any DJ or band performances

In partnership with Yeti Out, our music program is rooted in nu-disco and sun-chaser sounds, curated to keep you moving by the shore. DJ bios are available upon request.

Yes. We provide full DJ equipment and speakers that can support parties of up to 500 guests. Equipment is available for rental, please enquire for rates.

Yes, it’s possible. If additional setup or re-wiring is required, a setup fee may apply. We also have movable speakers to support alternate configurations.

We can provide wireless microphones connected to remote speakers via our AV partner. For larger events, our PA system can be linked to the venue’s AV system so that music and announcements are heard throughout the space. Reach out to us for more details.

Yes, you’re welcome to. Just note that live performances require additional permits. Please share your event program and relevant details so we can assist with licensing.

For large-scale events of 500 guests and above, we recommend hiring a dedicated event planner, which we are happy to recommend. That said, we also offer end-to-end event management services, including:

MINIMUM SPEND, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

It’s the minimum amount that must be spent on food and beverage during your event. It depends on the event date, the number of guests and the space you’re booking.

If your total F&B spend falls short, a venue charge will be applied. Alternatively, you can top up with bottles of wine, spirits or champagne to enjoy later or gift to your guests.

No, the minimum spend only applies to food and beverage.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit of the minimum spend to secure your booking. The event is only confirmed once both the signed agreement and deposit are received. Your dedicated events manager will send out the confirmation via email.

It refers to a 10% service charge and 9% GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Here's a simple way to figure out your bill:
9% GST: Multiply your bill by 1.09
10% service charge: Multiply your bill by 1.10

SET UP & LOGISTICS

You can begin setup one hour before your event start time.
For more extensive setups, please submit your proposed setup plan and timing at least 30 days in advance so that your event coordinator can assist accordingly.

All AV setups must be done before 10am or after 9.30pm. Please let us know your sound check timing in advance. No sound checks are allowed after 10.30pm.

Yes, please take note of the following:
All speakers must face the ocean, not the venue
Speakers must have limiters
All setup items must be removed immediately after the event
A setup program timing must be submitted
Any structural work must be approved by us with proper safety precautions in plac

Goods & Services vehicles can enter for free on Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Outside of these hours, an entry fee of $10 per vehicle applies.
“Goods & Services vehicles” refers to commercially-registered vehicles under LTA, such as lorries, vans and trucks, with valid and original delivery or purchase orders.

Our events team will assist with coordination for rentals, including:

As a Sentosa tenant, we’re required to use Sentosa management contractors and suppliers for the items listed in point 5. For any other equipment, please check with our team.

Rental ranges from $1,500—$2,500, depending on the day of the week.

TRANSPORTATION

Unfortunately no. However, we can make it easier by arranging backend billing, just reach out to us.

The fee still applies. It’s likely the venue included it in your overall event cost.

A flat admission fee applies to all passenger cars and taxis entering Sentosa. Rates vary based on time of entry.

By private car or taxi. The drop-off is right outside our venue at the roundabout.

Yes, we can! Most coach companies can pick up guests from your hotel or office and drop them directly at Tanjong Beach Club. After the event, they can shuttle guests back into the city.

Yes, 23-seater or smaller coaches can access the venue directly. Larger coaches require prior approval from Sentosa and must be accompanied by traffic rangers. Without this, the nearest drop-off is at the coach bay, about a 15-minute walk away.

Private cars can pick you up directly from Tanjong Beach Club. Taxis can be more difficult to get in the evenings, but we’ll do our best to help!

Yes, we have a 195-bay car park (Tanjong 1 & 2 car park) located just 30 meters from the entrance.
